CurrentAlpha Telecom is a GTA and region partner for Avaya, 3CX and E-Metrotel, engaged in sales, implementation and after sales service for Norstar, BCM, Avaya IP Office voice solutions, Avaya data solutions, 3CX PBX solutions, E-Metrotel UCX solutions as well as several other peripheral equipment providers. I was recruited primarily to enhance company profile by getting official partner status with key telecommunication companies, selling advanced communication solutions to higher profile customers, professionally handling key accounts and adding new accounts. Successfully achieved accreditation for Alpha Telecom as an Avaya authorized partner to sell their products and services. This helped increase web traffic/ better recognition from existing clients/ attract desirable clients etc. Managed Avaya relationship for the company as a primary contact securing free demo equipment, sales leads, financial incentives, arranging demos and campaigns, securing special discounts etc. By designing and implementing successful sales campaigns, sold advance communication solutions to existing Alpha Telecom customers (Average sale size increased 200%). Through my previous contacts with customers and companies/ agents in the industry, added 100+ new desirable customers with recurring sales and service revenues. Led charge in improving gross margins by 12% by optimizing markups on products/service rates. Guided in changing the sales culture of the company – Box selling versus Solution selling.
