I am a motivator, filmmaker, actor, Mr India 2003 first runner-up, former editor at HarperCollins Publishers, bestselling author of 33 books on motivation, and creator of multiple Guinness World Records, including Longest Speech, Longest Play, Largest Book Signing, Largest Greeting Card, Largest Underwater Painting Exhibition and Most Soccer Penalties in 24 Hours. I am also the writer, director, producer and leading actor of the Bollywood film "Challo Driver".Since 2018, i have been conducting the Goalete® Program at India’s national sporting camps as part of which i have motivated over 125 Olympians, world champions, continental games winners and national champions across 13 sports in India.In 2019, i was appointed by the Wrestling Federation of India as the official team motivator for the wrestling world championship in Nursultan, Kazakhstan. It turned out to be India’s best-ever world championship, where it won five medals and bagged four direct Olympic qualifications. In March 2020, i was appointed the motivation coach for the Indian boxing team for the Olympic Continental Qualifier in Amman, Jordan, which won 9 medals out of 13 boxers, and went on to create a record for single-tournament Olympic qualifications for India in any sport. At the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, Ravi Dahiya, the athlete i have been personally mentoring since April 2019, as part of the Goalete Program, scripted history by becoming the second-ever wrestler from India to win a silver medal at the Olympics and the first ever to do so at his maiden Olympics. Besides, he became the first male medallist for India at the Olympics after 9 years.Based on my experiences and insights, i have created a world-class program (which i conduct onsite as well as a webinar) called Goalete®: How to Set & Accomplish Any Goal in Life. The program has been conducted at over 200 institutions across the world, including schools, companies, spiritual centres and sports arenas, and has impacted thousands of people, from homemakers and students to policymakers and Olympic champions.
