I am currently employed with Haltermann Carless UK Ltd; they are the UK branch of a large Petrochemical company.My current role is AP & AR team leader, managing 3.5 members of staff. On a day to day basis I oversee the running of both departments, assisting my team with any issues or queries and providing a weekly overdue debt report which sits at around 2-6%. We deal with three main currencies, Euro, USD and GBP, occasionally NOK and JPY.I assisted with the implementation of SAP and I lead the implementation of MobileXpense, Xsuite and the company wide paperless project.I was originally employed as an Accounts payable clerk and over the years I was promoted into different departments such as Accounts receivable and treasury before I was offered my latest role as the Team Leader for Accounts payable and Accounts receivable. I have been in this role since 2017/2018.
