Hi, I'm Vicky. As a police NCO in the Royal Air Force, I have over 12 years of experience in force protection and aviation security, as well as a proven track record in recruitment and leadership. While my background is with Military Working Dogs, I also hold an ILM L5 qualification in leadership & management and a L3 teaching qualification.I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and expertise with others. I really enjoy my current posting, working in a specialist Protective Security instructing role, where I can help train and develop the next generation of specialist Air Security Force personnel. I have also completed a BA Hons degree in history and English, which reflects my interest and aptitude in these subjects, and soon I hope to complete a master's degree.
