As a Team Leader, I worked closely with the manager of in vitro and DDI services and liaised with other departments (Met-ID, QA, IT, in vivo metabolism, chemistry, business development) as required to meet operational objectives, promoting company on-boarding and culture as directed. I was responsible for the line management of a team of 5 scientists, within the in vitro and DDI services group which required scheduling operational objectives to meet business targets with regular monitoring of staff performance in line with agreed objectives and conducting bi-annual performance and development reviews.I was a lead scientist and experienced study director advising clients and my team on all aspects of the in vitro services available and liaised with business development to prepare cost builds and proposals for new enquiries.
