Hi!! I’m Vicky Busch and I love real estate! I am originally from Long Island NY and moved to Port Orange in 1986 at the age of 20. While I love New York, I fell in love with the beach, the river and the natural surroundings that Daytona Beach has to offer. I love NASCAR, NFL, the beach or just hanging by the pool. I left my career of 22 years in the legal system to pursue my dream career in real estate. In 2009, I had the opportunity to work for a couple of appraisal companies which would help me and give me an edge in assisting buyers and sellers. My customers benefit because I mastered the art of a very accurate, Comparative Market Analysis. While I found working for the appraisal companies to be interesting, I knew I would be much more useful in assisting people to pursue the American dream with homeownership. And now after 10 years of being a Daytona Beach REALTOR my dream has come true. I have assisted numerous buyers and sellers and have completed over 160 transactions throughout my real estate career. It is quite rewarding when watching a homebuyers face. The excitement and anticipation is really heartwarming and then when we find their dream home. For me I like to build lifelong relationships so I'll be there long after the closing. Working with sellers is quite exciting as well; I enjoy previewing their home, run comparables in the market to assess value and assisting sellers with the next steps moving them toward their future.I personally know and understand the stresses that go along with all the joy that purchasing a new home or selling a home.My goal is to be of service to you, to educate and walk you through the entire process from start to finish. And to bring you your first bottle of Champagne when you toast to the beginning of your new life in your beautiful Daytona Beach area home.
