My position at Labstat allowed me to work with the V.P. Of Business Development and Marketing as his Business Analyst and Customer Service Representative. In this position I maintained the financial forecasting report and communicated with clients internationally. To assist the V.P on projects, I would reach out to staff members to confirm a project was started and had a reporting due date. I would also follow up on projects to ensure the status was current. If for any reason a project was delayed, I would contact our client and update them. Once a project was completed, I would provide the client with a final report via email and follow up with any of their questions and/or concerns. After 3 months the company decided to make some internal changes and unfortunately my position was replaced by an internal staff member.
