Manage the shop network : 4 shops, 1.7 million €, 12 salespeople.- Reorganize the shop network (+10% turnover in one year): creation of procedures manuals; salespeople training.- Management: recruitment, managing salespeople; merchandising and advertising in the shop.- Administration: supplier relationships; customer loyalty; sales statistics.- Communication: creation and updating of Facebook and Wikipedia pages; blog participation; website updates.
