Also attended audit training courses and audit projects in several U.S. locations. The Internal Audit of Cummins globally, has been graded GC+ (Generally Conforms Plus) by the Institute of Internal Auditors, representing the top 9.6% of the companies graded.Job scope included companies of sales, purchase centers as well as manufacturing and assembling centers. Evaluated general controls, sales, manufacturing, assembling, purchase and other processes and relative financial implications, and made proposals for improvement. Participated in tele-conferences with Cummins Global Internal Audit for discussion on internal audit results and attended training programs for internal audit techniques and general management in the U.S.

Participated in the IPO audit for China National Coal Group. In charge of the audit team for one of the largest production site in Shanxi Province. Job scope included leading the team to complete financial audit, reviewing working papers, and preparing consolidation and reporting package.Lead the audit for Caltex Gas & Oil Energy Ltd, one of Chevron’s subsidiaries in China. Also coordinated with Business Risk Control team to complete the SOX review process. Job also included time and budget planning, communication with client, etc.

Attended the Initial Public Offering audit for Dongfeng Automotive Industrial Investment Company. Performed comprehensive analysis on client’s financial statements, explored client’s business processes & systems; identified and tested relative internal controls. In charge of the audit team for several subsidiaries of the group. Ranked in top 5% in Ernst & Young Annual performance review.
