Current•Develop, implement, and supervise afterschool program operations and activities to enhance learning, achievement and educational outcomes among youth residents.•Develop an effective team by establishing program goals and objectives and supporting staff to accomplish the same. Provide ethical leadership, training, coaching, development and motivation.•Collaborate with administrators from the local schools to develop and execute program outcomes including curricula development, parent-teacher support, homework assistance, test preparation and consistent youth attendance.•Collaborate with parents to improve student outcomes and parent participation in their children's educational process.•Provide adequate support and engagement for students to meet and exceed school and county grade level performance expectations. •Recruit and retain volunteers, partners and staff.•Manage and supervise staff , hiring, training, supervising, scheduling, providing professional development and overall instructional quality.•Market Program to local schools, families, organizations and community leaders to build community support and resource base. •Develop and execute integrated marketing programs • Creates, updates, and maintains marketing materials
