Core Engagement Manager
Current- Ensuring lifecycle of assets are managed robustly ahead of the expiry date, meeting compliance policies, and brand and quality standards
- Delivering and owning market communications plans for new and enhanced propositions to B2B (clients, consultants, trustees and to the wider market), B2C (members) and internal audiences
- Working closely with Central Marketing, Propositions and Product colleagues to understand the offering and associated member journeys focusing on common end investor experience
- Delivering and implementing the plans to ensure the successful transition from launch to BAU including Invest@Work, Lifetime ISA, Fidelity Illuminate and FutureWise
- Managing and growing relationships with internal stakeholders, contributors, client facing teams, and service providers
- Utilising the marketing mix for maximum impact including always on email campaign activity, web, social media, video content, tools, advertising, and product collateral
