I work for the Employer Engagement department of a leading further education facility. Graded Outstanding at our last Ofsted inspection.. We have won many awards for our service to industry and delivering excellent qualifications.I develop and design bespoke lean manufacturing courses to suit customer requirements. Using the TPS system as a benchmark. I also develop training programmes to Awarding bodies standards and criterias.I am a qualified and experienced trainer, assessor, verifier. facilitator and coach , in all aspects of lean qualifications and workshops. I lease with customers through leads to establish customer requirement to ensure the correct qualifications are delivered for maximum impact for the learners and companies. I will plan the timeframe for delivery to ensure the correct quality, cost and delivery targets are achievable and through mentoring and measuring assessors progress are maintained.

Responsible for building and developing a continuous improvement culture using Lean principles throughout the JRI plant.Proven track record of developing and delivering JCMS training modules. Motivating staff to embed lean tools and techniques into their working processes.Experience in delivering and managing projects on time and to target.Developing systems and standards are put in place to sustain changes.Track and Monitor PSD (problem solving documents) in conjunction with all customers, suppliers and internal.
