Recruiting:1. Take charge of all recruiting process from JD analysis;2. Discuss with department on their requirement and clarify the top three items; 3. Lead the interview and selection process, control the qualification of candidates;4. Control the lead time, and decrease the lead time with channel improvement and change;5. Propose & deliver offer to candidates following internal process;6. Handle new hire on-board issue; Training:1. Collect the training need from department;2. Discuss with the department on the training needs and make the priority;3. Annual training plan implementation4. Be in charge of new employee training Employee Relationship:1. Contract management, signing contract with new comer and contract renewal2. Employee relationship maintenance3. Company activity organization (company travel, annual dinner and etc.)4. Daily employee communicationPayroll:1. Work attendance management2. Monthly payroll

1.Communicate with line manager on the created job requisition in E-Recruitment system to ensure the information accuracy;2.Documented JD properly. Go through with line manager on the requirements of position, clear the key points (must have) and potential requirements (nice to have);3.Collect resumes from all recruitment channels, including website, job fair and headhunter. Telephone interview with all potential candidates to guarantee the candidates’ quality.4.Lead the interview and selection process, and control the process in right road or make sure the candidate’s qualification;5.Ensure the candidate’s ready during reasonable lead time;6.Propose & deliver offer to candidates following internal process;7.Handle new hire onboard issues;8.Regular talk with the line manager to get the headcount plan and feedback for new employees;9.Analyze the efficiency recruitment channels and service quality; 10.Recruitment expenses monitoring and tracking;11.Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly report including status on open positions and other recruiting metrics.12.Department intranet maintenance.
