What I delivered: - Top-notch copy in Dutch and English. - A keen and critical eye. - A daily joke and/or horoscope from everyone's favorite website seniorennet.be.What I learned: - Copywriting. I had always had a knack for writing, but it wasn't until I started working at Like Minds that I truly learned the ins and outs of the craft. - The magic of editing. - Project management. Gantt charts and all!- Coaching interns. I love to share my knowledge.

What I did: Office management, planning and coordination of all appointments, patient reception and registration, performing eye measurements... What I delivered: - Strong administrative skills- Refreshed workflows for maximum efficiencyWhat I learned:- Compassion and patience- How to operate an AED (you never know when you might need one)- How to perform cataract surgery (don't worry I won't)

What I did: Visual merchandising, personal shopping, replenishment and stock management, operating the till, training new staff... What I delivered: - The average Belgian customer likes to be left alone while shopping, but want their sales associate available and approachable when necessary. I filled that gap in the team. - During the busiest days of the year, I was always on till duty. I was fast, efficient, polite and I only screamed on the inside, while smiling on the outside. What I learned: - Customers first, always. - The importance of a strong brand identity and how to carry that out to the public.
