Responsible for gaining numerous funded contracts, with various college partners nationwide, through rigorous due diligence processes and subsequently manage these ongoing contracts successfully. With a proven track record for innovative thinking, developing and increasing success rates on a substantial level, I am passionate about enhancing overall centre quality in order to increase retention, success and most importantly create a learner journey that is unforgettable for the learner and of the highest standard. I have a strong ethos in helping all learners reach their maximum potential. With a strong background in managing all aspects of a busy centre’s operations and implementing quality processes and procedures within the organisation. I am highly motivated in my passion for education and training within the FE sector. Including a broad range of knowledge and experience in curriculum delivery, implementation and leading centres with quality systems and the overall management of a national training provider. Extensive experience in the design, delivery and implementation of commercial training.
