Vicky established and led the Service Line as Director for Transition at Serco Consulting. Responsible for the productisation of the approach and method and professionalisation of the capability as a scalable business. Three key propositions were developed and refined; transition delivery; assurance; and implementation of a sustainable transition framework.

Vicky was an instrumental part of a number of significant programmes including the transition of the £140 million Barclays Cycle Hire Scheme, transition of the £100m Peterborough City Council managed services; the assurance design and transition of the £200 million Fire and Rescue Service New Dimension programme, and Animal Health’s £100 million Business.

• Established as a competent reliable solid Programme Delivery Manager across multiple sectors, specifically Central Government, managed stakeholders effectively through relationship development and formal.
• Network established across central and local government resulting in sales of £500k.
• Delivered £3m Cattle Tracing project for Animal Health enabling cattle disease to be traced improving the environment and potential risk of disease across 24 offices as part of £100m BRP programme.
• Implemented the Long Term Capability Management workstream to provide assurance throughout the transition at Communities and Local Government (CLG) across the 9 regions resulting in the efficient ability to respond to.
• Successfully selected as an Emerging Leader on the Serco Talent Development Programme, achieving the highest scores in the programme.

• Designed and delivered the Internal and External marketing requirements for the National Traffic Control Centre Project (NTCC) a £160 million PFI project in partnership with the Highways Agency which aimed to reduce.
• Delivered communications and presentations to key players within the travel and transport industry nationally resulting in exceeding the anticipated interest in traffic information for the Highways Agency evidenced.
• Project managed the marketing communications of the public services elements of NTCC which included the website and telephone service development.
• Active member of the Travel Information Highway Marketing Working Group and played a significant role in developing media relationships in the travel industry.

• Responsible for the marketing and branding of 20 leisure sites within the UK, including transition of the Manchester Aquatics Centre for the Commonwealth games 2002 and assisting in strategic development.
• Marketing and pre sales promotion of new takeover contracts as well as DBFO’s (Aylesbury Aqua vale).
• Led the marketing communications for the Manchester Aquatics Centre to host the swimming events for the Commonwealth Games, including Editor of Serco Leisure’s Pulse magazine (national).
• Integrating the Commonwealth Games to the site with community use. This included programming community sports through demographic analysis and ethical requirements and pre-sales process for membership sales and.

Contract Manager responsible for operating and managing more than £1million contract with 100 staff at Bexhill. Rye Sports Centre was a dual use site at a school meaning stakeholder relationships were vital.
