Develop and implement various business development strategies and work plans, business plans, sales strategies, business management and sales. Handle the day-to-day work affairs. Complete day-to-day management of operations and implementation of all directives of arrangements. Lead the team to develop potential customer resources, find potential customers and complete sales targets, responsible for customer reception and consultation, answering customers' knowledge related to insurance business, providing follow-up service work for insured customers, responsible for customer relationship maintenance work, responsible for customer data management and improving sales system.

Assist the Director in the formulation and implementation of various business development strategies and work plans. Provide decision analysis and decision support to the Director on the company's business plan, sales strategy, corporate management and sales team management plan. To be able to prepare various sales reports and assist the Director in handling daily work affairs. Complete the day-to-day management of the Director and implement all instructions given by the Director and put them into place.
