I am a strong professional with a wealth of experience working in the charity sector and voluntary youth work sector in Northern Ireland.I am currently the Strategy & Engagement Manager at Scouts NI and I manage our core funding, work with volunteers on strategy implementation and manage the development team. We support leaders from over 160 Scout Groups across NI to deliver an exciting programme including adventurous activity to young people every week.I am highly skilled in securing and managing funding streams, including portfolio management and financial oversight, and also in community fundraising with major donors, individual giving and community collections. I am also skilled in strategic management, programme development, event management, networking, fostering positive partnerships, graphic design and administration.I am an experienced youth worker with a demonstrated history of working in the charity sector. Skilled in youth mentoring, discipleship and outreach, programme development for young people, presentations to large groups of both young people and adults. I also have experience of working to targets; which I exceeded, and identifying opportunities to develop new youth groups and recruiting and training volunteers.
