In my previous role as an Operations Manager for the NHS, I managed the delivery of domiciliary care services for adults, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards, and supporting the development and retention of skilled and valued staff. I have a wide range of transferable skills, including communication, planning, service delivery, business planning, and performance management.
