I’m passionate about helping young people feel happy and confident, build resilience and reach their potential. Since January 2019 I have worked with over 500 young people from all over the world helping them understand themselves better, find direction, and develop skills to manage the many challenges they face. My early career as a teacher, sports coach and outdoor pursuits instructor - in the UK and abroad – provides a firm foundation for my specialisation, boosted by more recent training and coaching qualifications.Young peopleFor those who are struggling:It’s tough being a young person these days. Communication can be a fundamental challenge. It is something that can be improved.I offer the ‘Missing Link’, family communication coaching package and bespoke, ad-hoc support for parents through my ‘Weather the Storm’ sessions.I help parents to better understand what their child is going through and how they can best support and help them.Schools/CollegesAll schools want to do the best for every pupil. But often don't have the expertise internally.I deliver informative, educational talks and courses to classes and year groups, on subjects such as developing Emotional Intelligence, resilience, goal setting, planning and time management, career options and further education. I can also give talks to parents on understanding and managing stress, anxiety and lack of motivation in their children.EmployersTailored on-boarding of newly recruited young people in their first role has a huge pay-off for your organisation and increases retention.
