I currently provide contract management expertise in the management of a range of National IT contracts with an annual value in excess of £40million. The principal National IT Services contract is currently with Atos Origin Alliance, with whom I work closely.The Contracts deliver key IT systems to support clinical and business functions required by all NHS Scotland entities. My role covers a wide range of complex contract management activities, including progressing project work, dealing with financial issues to ensure that deadlines for payments are met and monthly IT charges recovered from the Services, regular monitoring of performance, and dealing with any contractual queries that arise.Specialties: Currently I specialise in the following area's within the National IT Services contract:- Practitioner Services Division (PSD) IT Requirements, Security, Audit, Technical Refresh Programme, Child Health Systems & Patient Management Systems
