Headed up the CRT Finance function, from conception to delivery, for 2012 London Olympics. This was a three year project working with key Olympic stakeholders such as the Olympic Delivery Authority, to provide clean, safe and secure waterways throughout the Olympic park; and to maximise commercial and PR opportunities for the Trust.
