• Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks related to education technology environment, primarily Blackboard Learn. • Monitor and perform tasks as they concern the overall operation of the Learning Management Systems.• Interface with LMS Corporate representatives on a weekly and as needed basis• Perform tasks related to the provisioning, maintenance and archiving of user and course information including the automation and batch loading of courses and users.• Perform integration of Blackboard LEARN with other systems such as Blackboard Collaborate, third party products, building blocks and other education technology applications.• Monitor Footprints tickets related to the Learning Management Systems. • Work with the Office of Technology when necessary in monitoring, maintaining and support of the Learning Management Systems.• Interface with vendor support • Work in collaboration with other university departments and vendor support organizations to resolve Learning Management System issues in a timely manner.• Performs all duties and maintains all standards in accordance with university policies, procedures and Core Values. • Other duties and projects as assigned
