I am a great enthusiast for people and their potential to rise above. I love listening to people tell stories and this is where I draw most of my inspiration. I believe that if we transform ourselves, and reach out to others then we shall soon feel the impact of a changing nation, a changing continent. Being an entrepreneur allows you to see that people are the single most important resource.My career has seen me span over several disciplines. And seen me meet people from all walks of life. I founded and worked with Tarakibu Architects for about 14 years and I still do run a few of the projects to date. One of my notable works has been the UNICEF headquarters in Bujumbura, Burundi, a project that taught me collaboration at its best when you consider the difference in language. Other projects include the KFC Franchised outlets in Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda, Nairobi Hospital projects, residences to name a few. Architecture and Project management is an area that requires people management. Little wonder, I got intrigued in the world of people, how to build better relationships, and their journeys of change.I founded Profiles because I do believe that we are not short of great people and we need to equip ourselves with the skills and mastery that allow us to sit in the global arena.
