Executing & taking initiatives for Associates Engagement & SPIRIT TO SERVE Activities on a large Scale. Maintains proper check on Probation's/ Confirmations /Pre- Medical Check-ups of the associates.Updating Human Resource Management System (HRMS)full&final settlement.GPA&GMC.Ensure to candidates whether who received their letter of intent or not.Attending calls.Maintain the PL sheet and Employee Master data.Learnt the attendance closing.Learnt the Marriott Global Service(MGS).Responsible for opening the position and making EID and close EID on MGS.Responsible for the ordering the office supplies when supply get down.
