Slamin Tennis and Fitness provides all levels of tennis engagement to all age groups through a systematic approach to learning which is age appropriate. Our programs cover all levels of tennis learning, development and competition. Players are supported to be engaged in tennis for a lifetime!Vicky is a Tennis Australia Master Club Professional Coach. Vicky is a Tennis Australia Hot Shots deliver, a Tennis Australia Head Cardio Coach, a Table Tennis Australia Level 1 coach and a NESTA certified Personal Trainer. From 2012 to 2022 (consecutive years) Vicky has been a finalist (Top 3 in the state) in the Tennis Victoria Excellence in coaching awards. In 2013 and 2016, Vicky was awarded the Hot Shots coach of the year by Tennis Victoria. In 2018 Vicky was awarded Tennis Victoria’s Excellence in Coach Club or Centre Award.In 2019 Vicky was named Victorian Disability Sport and Recreation Coach Of the Year.In 2014 and again in 2019 Vicky was awarded the Victoria Club Coach of the year award by the Tennis Coaches Association of Victoria.In 2015 Slamin Tennis & Fitness became the first ever Deaf Active Sports Club in Australia. All coaches having under taken deaf awareness training and Auslan training in the workplace.Vicky has been teaching tennis since 1995 all over Melbourne, Europe and the USA. She competed on the professional tour, holding a WTA World Ranking and playing State Grade here in Victoria for many years. Vicky studied at Marshall University on a full tennis scholarship and played NCAA Division One.She renowned for her ability to create inclusion programs, including disabilities, multi-cultural, female only programs, changing Ends - a shift worker friendly tennis program, launched by Professional player Sam Stosur. Additionally she created “advantage autism” - the au-tastic tennis program.
