• Participate discussion and coordination meeting with the client, architect and other relevant consultants for acquisition of information such as particular project requirements, audiovisual system features and functionality as well as system design requirements• Monitor the site progress and work quality of the contractor during construction stage;• Provide assistance to the client and project team for testing and commissioning of system installed

• Coordinate with the interior designer, architect, E&M consultant and the local design institute to incorporate the audiovisual design into the overall planning of the project• Prepare tender document incorporating the particular specifications, bills of quantity, part plan and layout drawing for project bidding by the nominated Tenderers• Give recommendations and comments to drawings, samples and documents submitted by the contractor
