HVAC maintenance and installation, HVAC validation, BMS installation, utility operation, process equipment maintenance,sop preparation,QMS management, handling of logbooks,vendor handling and management, calibration handling...•Operation and maintenance of HVAC, BMS & EMs, System.•Effectively Plan and Execute the Preventive maintenance activities and Filter cleaning activities for HVAC all equipment's (AHU's, LAF's, FFU and DPB) without any deviation and reduced the downtime and breakdown. •Execution of HVAC validation activities such as ACPH, HEPA filter Integrity testing, Temperature mapping, Smoke study, Recovery study etc. •Execution and approvals of Qualification documents i.e., URS (User Requirement Specification), DQ (Design Qualification), IQ (Installation Qualification), 0Q (Operation Qualification) & PQ (Performance Qualification).•Prepare and review the HVAC system, drawings. •Prepare and update HVAC SOPS as per revision Plan and as applicable.•Performing the alarm challenge test in BMS/EMS and water system as part of Preventive maintenance.•Performing the preventive maintenance as per the plan without any deviation. Forecast of sanitization plan and timely completing as per the due plan. •Operation and maintenance of utilities systems like chiller, cooling tower, Air Compressor. •Handling of QMS documentation, change control, Incidents, CAPA (Track wise), SOP (D2 Documentum), Planner creation.
