I love to make a difference and am passionate about enabling people to fulfil their potential.During my 35 years in professional services with EY - roles spanning Business Restructuring, M&A, People Consulting, Leadership Development, Individual Executive and Senior Team coaching - I have learned the value of taking new opportunities, of stretching and growing, of pushing boundaries. And the importance of the right support and challenge along the way to create the environment to thrive, not just survive.My passion is to partner with leaders and their teams - with care, curiosity and collaboration to enable them to unlock potential and be the best leaders they can be. I have a deep understanding of the challenges of being a leader in particular in UK Government and Public sector environments. I am experienced in 1:1 coaching with Director Generals and Permanent Secretaries, both new to role and those established in post. I also have a passion for leadership team coaching – established leadership teams, newly formed executive teams, or top teams leading change/transformation programmes.
