I actively contribute to the development of guidelines and policies, while providing support to institutions to ensure best practices are consistently upheld.An experienced Animal Centre Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the education management, zoo industry and as a Commercial Manager of a canine hydrotherapy and grooming enterprise. Skilled in animal welfare and husbandry in zoo and educational establishments. Previous Chair and board member of the Canine Hydrotherapy Association - ensuring gold standard is met across hydrotherapy centres in the UK.
