Creating, managing and delivering engaging communications plans for a range of campaigns across the organisation including annual events and fundraising campaigns. Researched, sourced and purchased new products and developed seasonal product ranges. Managed the online shop platform, resolved functionality issues with the trading platform and CRM database and ensured all merchandise and trading activities were promoted effectively. Liaised between the in-house design team and external suppliers to ensure the smooth running of production, built and maintained strong relationships with key suppliers and independently negotiated pricing. Produced monthly reports including analysing customer data and regularly reviewed the activities of competitors. Co-ordinated a team of volunteers and assisted in the day-to-day management of this group. I expanded this role to include writing successful award applications on behalf of different teams.
