El Dorado County Elected Official, 4 year term, El Dorado County Independent Special District,

Perform the most difficult, complex, and/or sensitive assignments related to County-wide analytical, budgetary, and organizational analysis consistent with the County's overall goals and objectives.Project and monitor major revenue sources and provide assigned County departments with complex budgetary, programmatic, and organizational oversight. Reviewing, analyzing, preparing and coordinating these activities in accordance with the County Executive's Office and Board of Supervisors' policies and procedures.Current Department assignments include Sheriff, Criminal Justice Cabinet, Emergency Operations, Probation, Correctional Health Departments.

Supervise Administrative Unit including Executive Secretary and three financial units. Administer municipal financing issues including special tax district formation and other municipal funding sources including various municipal financial mechanisms; special tax districts, municipal bonds, PBID (business investment districts). Provide Division budgetary, programmatic, and organizational oversight. Reviewing, analyzing, preparing and coordinating these activities in accordance with the Department's and Board of Supervisors' policies and procedures.
