Executive Director, Grief Services
Current- Drive strategic operations for all of Hospice Navigators Grief Services Programs including the nationally recognized Fernside Center for Grieving Children and the Goldstein Family Grief Center. Provides grief support.
- Serve an average 1,700 annually through individual counseling, support group, camps and other programming as one of the largest services nationwide.— Creatively develop and execute strategic fundraising efforts.
- Expanded original operations into a school-based program to supportchildren unable to secure evening support, serving 300 childrenthroughout the tristate Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana area.
- Collaborate with other organizations to provide grief support for localdevelopment disabled and delays, engaging local children’s hospitals,inpatient facilities, youth correctional facilities and other facilities.
- Work closely with the Hospice of Cincinnati CEO and Board of Directorsto establish and manage an annual budget, ensuring appropriatefunding and efforts to maintain and expand operations and communityreach.
- Expertly direct all day-to-day operations, serving thousands annuallythrough support groups, crisis response, outreach and camp services,providing leadership that results in marketable growth across all programs.—.
