Vicky Pasmanick 20 years of experience has taught me to assist my clients in finding the property where they will thrive physically, mentally and financially, whether it is a house, condominium or town home (Which may or my not be condominium ownership.). As a Realtor you can never "sell" anyone on a property. Discussing the pros, cons and goals of the client is what you need to be able to do. At the end of the day the "choice" is theirs but I am the one who gave them the information to be able chose wisely with their eyes wide open, being able to move through the transaction with confidence, a clear head and a calm heartbeat. Consulting with the client is the most one can do in this business, "Salesmanship" is a No-No for me, it's a waste of time, you can't "sell" someone on something like a home. The client has to feel it's right, if not they'll terminate while in the process; so why waste their time and money with unnecessary inspection and appraisal fees?Listing homes for Seller's is totally different. Getting a property sold consist of three components, Price, Condition and Aesthetics. Seller's who don't price it right, don't make repairs and don't showcase their home to its highest potential lose money in the end. Making my Seller's understand what it really takes to sell a home, saves them time, money and heartache in the long run. Right... you can't make anyone do what they don't want to do. At least if you hire me, you can never say, "She didn't tell me."Specialties: The clientele I serve is fortunately everyone! Do I specialize? In a way, every client is different so to lump them into a category I could do but how do you categorize first time buyers, investors, families of all types and sizes, downsizing, moving up, physically challenged and people of all socioeconomic backgrounds?
