At eClerx, I work as an Analyst on customer operations and data transformation projects, where I use my Excel and data skills to perform analysis, reporting, and automation. I deliver high-quality and timely results to the clients, meeting their expectations and requirements.I also collaborate with and manage a team of analysts, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and feedback. I contribute to the team's problem-solving and creative thinking abilities, finding innovative solutions to complex challenges. I am motivated by learning new skills and improving my performance, as well as by helping others grow and succeed.Alongside my job, I am pursuing my 12th grade in humanities at Central Board of Secondary Education, where I have gained a strong foundation in subjects such as history, geography, and economics. I am interested in exploring the connections between these fields and the real world, and how they can inform my analysis and decision-making.I also have a passion for acting and voice acting, which I have been pursuing for almost two years. I have done three play productions and a short film with my friend, where I showcased my versatility and talent. I have also given my voice for various shows, where I demonstrated my ability to act through my voice. I enjoy expressing myself creatively and artistically, and I seek opportunities to improve and challenge myself.
