It was started by Shyam Sunder Aggarwal who came to Delhi with his brother all the way from BikanerThe passion for food and its preparation has run in the Bikanervala family for generations, and the brothers decided to take their training and traditions all the way from Bikaner, Rajasthan to Delhi.
