* Employ solid project management skills as well as general business and commercial acumen to ensure that projects are brought together across the various relevant divisions of the organisation to ensure their success in driving revenue* Manage and support the relevant project teams on the corporate tender bidding process which identify opportunities for Commercial Services to present a blended proposition which combining products and/or services from more than one division*Project manage the support functions of the corporate bidding process including branding, updating and central archiving of corporate materials and information required by the tendering process plus accreditation control, quality control processes and execution in line with delivery timescales * Support the quarterly cross-divisional marketing review meetings in the delivery of workstreams and projects identified * Engage with all levels of Sales staff and an outside talent development consultancy, to project manage workstreams arising from a new training and development programme undertaken at Commercial Services*Support project managing workstreams associated with the development of performance-related reward structures *Support the delivery of projects that focus on the development and embedding of key customer metrics such as Net Promoter Score by monitoring and acting on industry benchmarked results*Work seamlessly with emerging systems such as CRM and QLIK in the successful delivery of all commercial projects identified in a manner fully compliant with the Data Protection Act*Support the CEO and the wider Executive Team on key commercial aspects of the annual business planning process*An active member of the Senior Management Team and attend quarterly meetings with the CEO & Executive Team
