I am a Business Consultant with more years than I care to admit (20+...) of experience working for Protronics Ltd, specialising in all things Sage accounts software related; implementation, consultation, training, report writing (chiefly SQL Server and Excel based), data analysis, accounts process development. I've also been involved in - and managed - projects migrating to and from other accounts software packages, and have been lucky enough to work with clients from a wide range of industries, each with their own particular challenges to meet. For me, the highlight of my role is in improving people's day to day experiences by optimising systems and processes, and in the long lasting client relationships we build along the way.
