Main responsibilities include day to day management of the affairs of the company including all audit assignments.

Guardrisk International Ltd PCC (GIL PCC) is an offshore company and operates as a cell captive insurer. They have been in operation in Mauritius since 1998. GIL PCC forms part of the greater Guardrisk Group which is the biggest cell captive insurance company in the world.

Responsibilities: (1) Preparation & consolidation of group results from management and statutory accounting perspective (2) Preparation of periodic regulatory returns in a timely & efficient manner (3) Managing, coaching and training team members (4) Co-ordinating & supervising month end close(5) Preparation of monthly management accounts (7) Preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with IASs and IFRSs (8) Check daily control procedures (9) Review and implement daily control procedures on various financial reports. (10) Liaise with external auditors and related entities.(11) Close monitoring of performance of related entities and being the principal point of contact.(12) Preparation of subsidiaries monthly and yearly financial reports. (13) Review monthly & yearly financials reports of associates and joint ventures. (14) Perform any cognate duties (15) Due diligence

• Preparing accounts of companies (for all structures) under accounting standards (IASs/IFRSs)• Preparing consolidated reports for investors• Preparing newsletter for investors to make announcement for distributions and new investment opportunities• Communicating with investors for raising capital for purchase of properties• Making distributions (Dividends)• Do tax filing to different jurisdiction (Cyprus, UK, Luxembourg, Germany etc...)• Good knowledge of tax and Double Tax Treaty that Mauritius has with several countries.• Do investment dealings (negotiation with Notary, buyer-seller, etc...)• Payments to suppliers (foreign/domestic)• Cash flow forecast for each property• Liaise with property managers about running expenses and other businesses.

Responsibilities: (1) Do audit of large local & offshore companies, (2) Do special jobs (Due diligence, Internal audit, preparation of business plan), (3) Preparation of consolidated financial statements, (4) Go on secondment for doing accounting in large companies. (5) Preparation of other reports for clients.
