I am currently responsible for the outreach and promotion of the open enrolment suite of executive programmes at the Blavatnik School of Government. This varied, constantly evolving role includes programme conception with the School's academics and practitioners, development of the marketing and recruitment strategies for each programme and overseeing the admissions processes.The outreach draws on my previous client management and recruitment experience, developing partnerships with global stakeholders, mainly government and multilateral organisations, in order to ensure a pipeline of participants for the variety of executive programmes. Maintaining these relationships and understanding the market needs of senior public sector leaders, allows us to develop highly effective executive programmes, in line with the Schools mission. Working alongside programme participants and maintaining the executive alumni network is a highlight in this role. The participants join us from a wide range of organisations and countries, and share such interesting insights into their work in the public sector. Prior to this role in the HE sector, my work experience spans managerial, client relationship/account management and recruitment positions. I frequently oversee multiple projects, lead successful teams and thrive on building meaningful relationships and partnerships.
