I have worked in Local Government for 20 years the last 15 have been at various Local Authorities working with Liquidlogic systems – EHM & LCS and more recently EYES.Having worked on various implementations, reviews of working practices and the recording of social care case work and education in Liquidlogic I have gained a wealth of experience of several different approaches. Each Local Authority can vary in the way they work on the system, and this has given me the experience and skillset required to support different ways of working. I bring extensive systems knowledge of operational processes. Understanding of Social Care practice and governance, confident with case recording requirements. Eager to demonstrate key skills, extensive technical and soft skills training and support experience. I am passionate in supporting others, helping instil self-confidence and belief in what they are wanting to achieve on a professional and personal level. Understanding quickly the different levels and technical capabilities of individuals and their needs.Highly motivated, bright, enthusiastic, outgoing and energetic professional, focussed on providing first class service. I am approachable with excellent inter-personal skills and have the ability to communicate confidently at all levels including any professional challenges that can happen along the way.
