My name is Vicky Thompson and I am currently in grad school. Specifically, I am a second year master’s student in the sociology department at Virginia Tech. I am currently conducting research for my thesis, interviewing restaurant workers who worked during the reopening phase of COVID. My research interest are gender and work, organizations, and social inequality. I aim to pursue a doctorate in sociology.
