I assist several professors in the wide area of strategy and organization in organizing individual works, group works and exams. I provide feedback to students and help innovating several courses. For 5 years I was also co-coordinator of the Junior Managers Programme (the honours programme of the Faculty of Business and Economics). I have been the Faculty's Summer School coordinator for several years and together with a colleague we are the organizers and coordinators of the Faculty's Career Center.

I taught oral English to freshmen and sophomore English major university students. I first tried to make them feel at ease to speak in front of the class as this is something rarely done in Chinese culture. We did several role-plays, presentations, debates and other interesting activities to improve their oral English. I helped them to improve their English and to be more confident about it and I encouraged them to practice by themselves as well since a language needs to be practiced more often than just 2 hours per week,

Thanks to AIESEC, I was able to go to China as a kind of "gap six months" to see what I really want to do with my life and, of course, to explore a different culture. I didn't learn much on the job but I did gain more confidence, learned basic Chinese and got more insights into myself as well as into the Chinese culture and a city on the rise.
