Develop engineering calculations based on facility audit data and prepare subcontractors bid spec packages to obtain material, labor and disposal cost.Key Projects:• Baltimore County Public Schools - Large K-12 school district included 75 sites and over 5.2 million square-feet. Managed multiple teams of auditors over an eight week period . Organized, managed and designed LED lighting systems for thousands of lines of data. Prepared sub contract documents, bid pricing specs and submittals for materials, labor and disposal cost. • Virginia Beach City Public Schools - Large K-12 school district which included multiple phases of ESPC projects and ECMs. For lighting ECM, I designed and developed interior and exterior LED lighting systems for each site.

Designed and performed facility energy efficiency project audits for customers in the MUSH sector. I worked closely with clients and collaborated to design and develop tailored ECM solutions for the facilities, which would capture maximum energy savings while maintaining the lowest cost. Key Projects:• Chatham County Schools - Large K-12 school district in Savannah, GA, which included 30+ schools sites. I audited and designed an upgraded interior and exterior lighting system for each site.• Wofford College - University in Spartanburg, South Carolina, which included 40+ facilities throughout the campus. I audited and designed an upgraded interior and exterior lighting system for each facility.
