To discuss any progress deficiencies with subcontractors,To ensure that the expediting information is inserted and up-to-date in the material management system,To visit vendors to monitor the progress for critical items,To prepare progress reports and expediting reports,To represent HMC in EPC Expediting matters towards clients and internal. Worked on Total Kaombo block 31 project in Angola.

To identify, promote and support and execute continuous improvements related to all Material Control of both on-shore and off-shore pipe lay projects. Report to project manager.Has achieved oil/gas pipe lay projects in Trinidad and Tobago and Haifa, Israel.worked with package manager for new shipbuilding project MV. Pieter Schelte. Set up the material traceability system in Oracle and procedure of OFE. Report to Project Manager. Ensure that the assigned owner furnished equipment packages are transported to site location in China/Korea/Europe. Ensure project safety and quality performance; Monitor equipment and materials movements to match with builder’s need by date. Review vendors’ and subcontractors’ qualification and delivery plans; Discuss and solving issues with vendors and subcontractors in accordance with equipment transport and handling requirements; Expedite actual progress with vendors and subcontractors; Set up the logistics and material control procedure with BUILDER. Includes bridged communications between COMPANY, Sub-Contractor and BUILDER. Check availability, status, completion and correctness of required goods, services and documents with vendors and subcontractors. Research on the TAX compliances for equipment import and ex-port for the assigned owner furnished equipment. Generate logistics budget for the project cost control. Prepare monthly equipment progress reports to the Project Team member.

- Assist in optimizing network performance, creation of parameters, reconciliation reports and procedures and day-to-day management of this data.- Preparation of management reports on status with suppliers, including actual volumes and dollars spent vs, budget, carrier evaluation and score carding.- Assist in development of resolution of any systemic and day-to-day operational and administrative carrier related matters.- Gathering and sharing market intelligence on changing trends in the shipping industry and supplier network including pricing, policies, regulations, changes in capacity.- Assist in day-to-day negotiations with ocean carriers and other service providers such as railroad, trucking, barge, warehousing, and insurances and customs brokers in line with cost targets.- Support in claims handling and insurances. - Responsible for maintenance carrier’s contracts and amendments in good order.- Weekly generate KPI reports to CEO.
