With good track record of successful consultancy project deliveries to the clients across wide industries: • Evaluate logistics operation (warehousing, freight management and transportation) efficiency and identify short to mid term improvement opportunities with direct bottom line impact and actionable implementation roadmap• Conduct national or regional supply chain network strategy review, conceptualize future configuration options and scenario evaluation covering both quantitative and qualitative criteria• Assess supply chain management processes in inventory management and control, S&OP formalization • Develop business case including capital investment and transition requirement with main financial indicators to facilitate the client's internal approval
