Stamford rehabilitation Unit. (Darton house) aswell as The garden project Lead

I work within MRI hospital alongside the physiotherapists and occupational therapists to assist in their rehabilitation programs which aim to promote patient independence. I am responsible for managing my own caseload and exercise plans aswell as assisting the physiotherapists and occupational therapists with more complex patients. My role includes ensuring the office space is clean and tidy, checking equipment and ensuring mobility aids are safe, clean and stocked up in addition to ongoing documentation to record patient progress. I ensure paper work and stationery is replenished, I answer internal and external phonecalls, I take messages, fax and perform other adhoc administration tasks as needed. I am responsible for booking kitchen assessments as well as assisting the occupational therapists in performing the assessments. I book taxi's and interpreters where needed, assist with home visits, access visits, washing and dressing assessments and stair assessments for patients alongside the therapists. Each morning, I check our team's resus trolley including testing all equipment and ensuring all medical equipment is present, in date and safe to use. I attend team meetings, supervisions and compulsory training regularly to ensure my skills and knowledge are up to date. My role depends on continuous professional communication with other colleagues and health care professionals to ensure the very best care for all patients.

Moving and handling, medication, personal hygiene, domestic, health and safety in their homes, shopping calls, cooking and anything else the clients need.

Valetting cars for Jennings ford, mazda and seat, full time. Valetting new and used cars inside and out at showroom condition.

I’ve recently joined Quick’s as a buying assistant, even though I am really enjoying it there and learning a wide range of new skills such as; learning about all the point of sale which we make sure each car has. Making sure all the cars and clean, presentable and in line. Meet and greeting each customer, informing each customer about Quick’s and how we work. Assisting them on test drives and appraising their vehicle. Giving them as much information on our cars history and generally making the customers feel welcome (making them cups of teas/coffees) and finding the right car for that particular customer. We get paid for 40 hours but do 45 plus the commission is only £5 per can until you sell above 10 cars per months. I am looking for a better paid job what I will enjoy and be able to shine. I don't have much knowledge on cars and different vehicle although I am learning along the way.

I worked at Tees Active part time as a causal lifeguard. As a lifeguard I have a lot of responsibilities, I have to constantly been alert and be able to react quickly and appropriately in any emergency. I have to ensure the pool and pool area is safe at all times, be able to recognise a hazard before it causes harm and generally be on guard at all time. I attend training once a month which keeps me fit and keeps my skills up to date. These skills can be applied to any situation inside or outside of work.
