• Provides clinical supervision and consultation to Family Specialists and Clinicians • Train new clinicians and review all of their documentation• Provision of direct care services consisting of individual family sessions and groups • Assures the development and implementation of appropriate clinical services plans to meet the needs of target populations • Assures the clinical staff development via professional in-service training in relevant topic areas.• Establishes cooperative working relationships with concerned community members and agencies. • Prepares monthly and yearly reports as directed.• Assures coordination of all family services to multiple family members • Provides staff development and training on treatment interventions, case conference, staff meetings and group supervisionA) Indirect Service• Develop and oversee family programming on the Horizon Village campus• Assures use of evidenced based practices• Knowledge of DSM IV and the ability to apply this in practice• Strong conflict resolution skills, Motivational Interviewing & Solution Focused Therapy• Planning and implementation of family events• DBT Skills trained• Demonstrated ability to provide professional leadership, support and guidance• Member of the Family Task Force • Facilitator for the Family Treatment Training & Group Skills Training both at Horizon University• Clinical Mentor for Treatment Assistants
