CurrentProject Management - Planning, organizing, securing, managing, leading and controlling resources to achieve the specific goal of the organization. Projects have to be completed within budget and time constraints allowed. A couple of those projects would be the Corporate Retiree Luncheon ($25k+) and the Military Luncheon ($5k). Web Developer - Develop, design, edit, and update all Corporate Policies/Procedures on the Corporate Associate Guide. Insure all appropriate approvals (Vice-President Human Resources and Corporate Legal) are obtained prior to publishing documents to website. Attend HR Director’s meeting monthly to discuss any new policies, updates or deletions to existing policies. Assure the integrity of project data, including data extraction, storage, manipulation, processing and analysis between the Truist website and the Shaw website. Responsible for collecting and collating appropriate data for usage in databases and conducting related research to provide reports to the Sustainability Corporate Committee.PeopleSoft SME – Maintain a strong working knowledge of HR data, PeopleSoft applications and processes that enhance the ability to troubleshoot calls from end-users. Liaison with HRIS to provide corporate/divisional queries that are needed for analysis. Ensure data integrity of PeopleSoft transactions for Administrative division. Analyze, research and troubleshoot Peoplesoft problems. Create, maintain and re-engineer job, department, position numbers, grade changes, etc. by approving and submitting database change requests. Ensure that entries for highly compensated/deferred compensation associates for all divisions are entered correctly in PeopleSoft and their compensation is correct.
