Review raw material age, preventing inventory from writing off. Keep inventory reconciliation in weekly manner. • Monitor FG inventory levels. Consolidate customers’ FG earlier closure request, then drive each site SMA to communicate with MFG to swap production plan base on capacity and raw materials situation to fully support customers’ need. Work with kinds of departments’ reps if any issue happened on the product family. Analyze FG supply impact to the market. Work out FG recovery plan. Provide first hands supply information to customers. Support new product launch and old product sunset, manage the related supply chain issues.
